The homeowners of Longleaf are fortunate to live in a Community Development District (CDD). Longleaf is one of many master-planned communities which operate as a Community Development District for the purpose of protecting the future of the community and the quality of life enjoyed by its residents. The Longleaf CDD works in cooperation with the Longleaf Neighborhood Association (LNA) to accomplish those goals. By overseeing basic infrastructure, amenities, and community operations, the CDD helps ensure the maintenance and preservation of the community.
On December 5th we will be hosting the 3rd Annual Little-Markou 5k Race to Educate running through our beautiful neighborhood. It is our intention that this event does not adversely affect any of our neighbors. Below is the course map link that will let you know which Longleaf streets will be effected.
The race will begin at 7:30am and the course will be picked up as the last runner passes through.
We would also like to extend an invitation to you to either run the race (All residents will receive a registration discount), volunteer, or just cheer the runners as they pass through the neighborhood.
If you have any questions about sponsorship or race details, please feel free to email me. We will keep you informed of everything as the date approaches.
